Booking Conditions & ATOL Protection

By confirming a flight-only booking with FlytWorld (“we”, “us”), you enter into a contract governed by these terms. We operate under UK-registered Orbis Travels Ltd. ATOL- and IATA-insured, offering you financial protection.
  • Non‑Transferable / Non‑Refundable: Once confirmed, bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where airline policies or your ATOL protections apply.
  • Date/Name Changes: Permitted only with our and the airline’s consent, and may incur change fees and admin charges.
  • Refunds: Subject to airline conditions and ATOL protection, refunds (if eligible) follow a sliding scale post-cancellation, processed through your original payment method.
  • Flight-Only Status: We act solely as a booking intermediary; flights are governed entirely by the issuing airline’s terms and conditions.
 

Passenger Information

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that all passengers included in the booking are citizens of the United States and hold valid passports, along with any required visas permitting travel to the intended European and/or Asian destinations.
  • All passenger details must match exactly as per passports.
  • Any corrections or changes made after booking may incur amendment fees.
  • FlytWorld is not responsible for denied boarding, visa issues, or other legal complications arising from incorrect or missing documentation.
 

Flight Changes & Disruptions

  • Airline-Controlled Changes: Flight schedules, aircraft, or routing may be modified by airlines and occasionally by us with due notice.
  • At Check‑In: Always re-confirm flight times at check-in, even if previously verified.
  • Missed Connections: FlytWorld is not responsible for missed connections or consequential costs (e.g. lost wages), but we can assist in rebooking.
 

Baggage Policy

  • Cabin Bag: Cabin baggage allowance is subject to the policy of the airline you are traveling with.
  • Checked-in Bags: The checked-in bag allowance is subject to the airline policy you are traveling with.
 

Cancellation Policy

  • Flight-Only: 100% cancellation fee applies, along with an admin fee as outlined at booking.
  • ATOL Protection: Where applicable, partial or full refunds may be processed under ATOL regulations.
 

Service Delivery Policy

  • FlytWorld provides flight booking services and related documentation, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines.
  • Our team is available to assist you before, during, and after the booking process.
  • We are not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, strikes, acts of nature, or geopolitical events beyond our control.
  • We strongly recommend that customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen disruptions.
